Our People

Other than the retirement of Bryan Hird and the appointments of Andrew Howroyd and Clive Needham our directors have not changed since 1997, when Waterman was established.

This continuity is rare in the present age and we are justifiably proud of it. It enables us to develop deep and trusting relationships with our clients, and helps us to provide a more personalised and efficient service.

Waterman News

  • Waterman Trust Company

Waterman Trust Company continues to grow as clients move away from private banks and large trust companies, valuing the personal approach that Waterman Trust Company offers. Waterman now counts several members of middle eastern royal families and billionaire members of the Forbes 500 amongst its clients.

  • Waterman Capital

Waterman Capital recently issued bridging terms for an 11 month loan of US$1.2BN although the transaction did not proceed as the client has decided to sell the assets instead. Terms were issued and funds were raised in 3 days from the date of application via an investor private placement.
